As part of the UF in Lille program, students explore the art side of engineering through three courses (9 UF credits total) taught by UF professors: Engineering Art – The French Perspective, Digital Engineering Design, and Honors Summer in the City. The city becomes your classroom as you sketch on-site, visit museums, and walk through Lille's historic streets for inspiration. These courses blend creativity with engineering, helping you build skills with digital tools and traditional sketching while discovering French culinary artistry. Together, they enhance your artistic perspective as an engineer and highlight the connections between creativity, culture, and design.
